About me

Hi, I’m Steph. I started Move More Outdoors to help me make lasting changes to my health and wellbeing by spending more time outside and finding enjoyment in everyday movement.

For years, I’ve struggled with body confidence, motivation, and sticking to routines. As I approach my 40s, I want to shift my focus to something more sustainable by moving more, getting outdoors, and feeling better both mentally and physically.

Here, I’ll be sharing my journey as I explore different ways to stay active outside, from everyday dog walks to new adventures, along with honest reflections and tips along the way. Nothing extreme, just real-life movement, fresh air, and doing more of what makes me feel good.
